Nacionalista Party head and Villar SIPAG founding chairman Senator Manny Villar and his wife, Cynthia, former Las Piñas Rep. and the foundation's managing director, together with their daughter Camille, lead the ground-breaking ceremonies in Las Piñas City to signal the construction of the Villar Social Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Governance (SIPAG) Center and the Santuario de San Ezekiel Moreno.
